Shipping & Return


All orders are shipped worldwide with DHL, TNT and Russian Post

We ship the merchandise only after the payment is confirmed.

Once we book the pick up by the delivery service, you will receive an email with the tracking number and direct link to monitor the shipment status.

You will receive shipping notifications from DHL Express once your order has been shipped.

As our carriers are expecting unprecedented volume via lockdown, we suggest you factor in a few additional days to your required arrival date to avoid disappointment due to potential transit delays.

Placing your order before 12 p.m. (GMT+3) on business days ensures that it will be shipped the same day with DHL Express.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country but most shipments take 2-4 days to deliver.

Europe: 2-4 days

USA: 2-4 days

Rest of the world: 2-4 days

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Issues such as payment authorization and customs clearance may cause delays.

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.


International exchanges and returns do not include prepaid return labels or refunds for return shipping costs.


Should you like to cancel your order when the parcel has already been shipped (according to the tracking), we may only issue a refund after the shipment has arrived back to the store. In this case, the shipping fee is not a subject to refund.

Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached.

Damage / Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement hardware but are unable to provide a replacement or refund for an unrepairable product.

A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit."
